Return Policy

International Return Policy 


• At Lulus, we're committed to your satisfaction. We want you to be happy with your purchases, and ensure you feel confident in our online shopping and return policies in case they don't work out. Please review our full return policy details below.

Returns

• Returns must be postmarked within 21 days of delivery to qualify for a refund. Refunds will be to the original payment method. After 21 days, we will no longer accept returns. See here to initiate a return. 

• Items must be in new, original condition with all vendor tags attached and must not be worn, used, altered, or washed.

Return Options

• Lulus does not cover the cost of return shipping for orders shipped outside of the United States. See below for the available return options: 


Option 1: Pre-Paid DHL Return Label: 

• You may generate a pre-paid DHL return label when initiating your return online here. By choosing this option, you agree to have the return label cost deducted from your refund and to use the provided label for your return. The exact return fee will be shown before you finalize the request. Please note: Not all international locations are eligible for a pre-paid DHL label. If a label cannot be provided, you will need to proceed with the self-postage option outlined below.

Option 2: Self-Postage Return:

• Prefer to use your own carrier? You’re welcome to return your items using any insured postal service at your own expense. Please send your return to the following address:

• We strongly recommend using a trackable service and keeping your shipping receipts until your return has been processed. Please allow 10-14 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Duties and Taxes

• Prepaid duties and taxes are forwarded to your local customs authority and, therefore, are non-refundable when your return is received and refunded. As only the recipient of an order can claim these fees back, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office directly for further assistance. 

 Note: Goods sold to Canadian shoppers that qualify for duty and tax reclaim under the CREDITS program will be refunded in full as part of the return.
